One of the easiest and most usefull things to know about maintaining a bike is how to adjust the derailleurs. You won't need any special tools, just a simple screwdriver will do, and most derailleur asjustment screws accept both phillips and flathead screwdrivers.

I went to the post office this morning to pickup some new toys i ordered from
Nashbar.
There were two huge boxes. One containing my new
Minoura RS-5000 Pro Workstand B) , the other larger box has a new
floor pump and a book. not sure why that box had to be so huge :?
first glance of the new workstand, i'm so excited :bday:
Holy crap! this thing is a snap to set up
time to test it out... IT WORKS AWESOMELY!
